At just 2 years into his pageant, directing career, Frank had made a young women’s dream of becoming Miss America a reality. In 2004, he had directed Ericka Dunlap to become Florida’s second Miss America. As you can see, Frank is no stranger to the pageant stage. With the Miss America, Miss USA, Little Miss Citrus, Coed, Mrs. Florida International, and Americas Perfect Pageant systems under his belt, you can be sure your poised for success under his creative direction.
Best known for his innovative choreography, whether its 20 or 200 contestants, Frank will bring the best out in YOU. He is a dancer, choreographer, director, coach and a motivator.
Frank is a performer with The Orlando Gay Chorus and sits as the Vice President of their Board of Directors.
Currently, Frank holds the position of Entertainment Manager for the Disney Hollywood Studios, where he manages the Equity Actors and Dancers while he shares his talents as Executive Producer at American Idol.

He will be serving as the Bahamas' Perfect Director and will bring several girls and guys from the Bahamas to participate at World's Perfect Pageant and Model Search!
Darrol was born and raised in Freeport, Grand Bahama (The Bahamas). Director/Coach of The Miss Teen Grand Bahama International pageant and founder of Queen Project Organization; at the age of 10 found the dawning recognition that he belonged to World of Fashion, and Pageantry after his participation in the Model Of The Year 1999 competition. As a former St. George's High student, he used his Alma Mater as training grounds, where he coached the school's step and dance teams as a student and now the Official choreographer and Creative Coordinator of the Miss St. George's High School Pageant and Top Model Competitions. He is also the Director and Coach of the Mister & Miss Jack Hayward High School, Little Miss Diva Bahamas and Little Bahamas World Pageants. Darrol has been coaching participants in the Pageant and Modeling arena since 2006 capturing titles from Little Miss Bahamas to Miss Universe Bahamas just to name a few.
Fortunate to be nominated in for Pageant Planets "Best In Pageantry" 2018 Awards, he believes that "the sky is the limit" but to get there you have to be willing to fly; you have to be willing to fall and you must be willing to get up and soar again!
